Full Stack Lead Software Engineer – On-site in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, with JPMorgan Chase. You will be a core technical contributor responsible for delivering secure, scalable production software across multiple business functions within the Corporate Technology Digital Document Management Team. Responsibilities include developing high-quality production code, reviewing and debugging, identifying opportunities to automate remediation, and leading architectural evaluations with external vendors and internal teams. You will drive communities of practice, support diversity and inclusion, and promote enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
