Senior Account Manager role within a team led by an Account Director or Associate Director. You will manage smaller accounts (approximately £50,000-£80,000 revenue) or support larger accounts, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery of projects, monitoring resources and budgets, and providing status reports and financial updates to clients and internal teams. You will liaise with clients on project progress, schedule work with internal Creative, Digital, Client Services and Editorial teams, and ensure purchase orders are raised for external subcontractors and suppliers as required. You will oversee the development and delivery of materials for projects, maintain high-quality deliverables through appropriate quality checks, and support the account lead in obtaining feedback and measuring client satisfaction. Financially, you will develop realistic budget estimates, monitor hours and direct costs, and highlight issues with proposed solutions, attend and prepare for WIP calls, forecast revenue, and ensure proper revenue recognition. You will understand clients’ financial policies, including purchase orders and payment terms, and ensure company procedures are followed. You will assist in developing client budget reconciliations as required, monitor resource requirements, and escalate staffing challenges.
