Advanced Assembly Program Manager will serve as an automation and assembly specialist overseeing the design, construction, and implementation of assembly equipment to fulfill production requirements for new programs and product launches. Responsibilities include directing the planning, design review, and execution of assembly tooling, approving vendor designs and processes, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within cost targets. The role requires preparing material and equipment specifications, assisting in product and process testing, interpreting engineering drawings for production personnel, and contributing to the development and documentation of manufacturing processes. You will support process control techniques, create and review FMEAs and control plans, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot equipment and product issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering trends. The incumbent will ensure compliance with EMS and QMS policies, participate in safety and quality programs, and collaborate across functions to optimize manufacturing, quality, and efficiency. Requirements include a diploma in Engineering Technology or related experience, a minimum of five years manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of Process Flow, Control Plans, PFMEA, Statistical Process Control, and machine controls.
