Overview We are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to lead residential renovation, improvement, and development projects in a real estate and investor-focused environment, serving homeowners, real estate investors, and developers in Owings Mills, Maryland, and the Baltimore metropolitan area. This is a hands-on project leadership role with full ownership of project execution from planning through completion, working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
