About the role
Talent Acquisition Specialist – Marketing and Sourcing, based on-site in Lamar County, Mississippi, United States, is responsible for strengthening the employer brand and driving candidate interest across recruiting functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisitions and the Brand/Marketing team to develop compelling recruitment content, promote the organization on key platforms, and support sourcing strategies for therapists, nurses, campus recruiting, and onboarding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Employer Branding & Content Development: Partner with Brand and Marketing to create recruitment-focused content; develop and manage talent-attraction campaigns across digital channels; revamp job post templates and tailor posts for key regions; coordinate employee stories, culture highlights, hiring campaigns, and recruitment marketing materials; ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms.
