Charge Nurse Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Nursing Supervisor (Day Shift) with total patient care within the nursing unit and for managing the unit. This on-site position is located at Villaspring in Erlanger, Kentucky, United States. Salary: LPN $29 to $34 per hour depending on experience and licensure; RN $35 to $42 per hour depending on experience and licensure. Additional shift differentials are offered for evening and weekend shifts.

DUTIES: - Carry out administrative and patient care duties during the shift. - Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by STNA staff. - Adhere to department policies and procedures and interpret them to personnel, medical staff, patients and the public. - Willing to work on the unit designated by the DON/ADON or Supervisor. - Check 24-hour report sheet for changes/updates in patient care needs for the day. - Perform walking rounds and supervise NA care delivered. - Administer medications (including IV) and treatments per physician orders specific to the patient. - Seek to meet the patient’s spiritual or psychological needs with available resources. - Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients.
