Responsibilities include understanding BELFOR service lines, managing scope, budgets, and timelines, reviewing daily project progress, maintaining field documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, adhere to local building codes, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed. Attending BELFOR training courses and collaborating with superintendents and subcontractors are expected.
