Key responsibilities: - Technical support and troubleshooting: manage and resolve customer tickets, conduct deep research using web-based products and command-line tools, and collaborate with development teams on product enhancements. - Communication and collaboration: clearly communicate with customers via email/phone, translate complex technical concepts to client-appropriate levels, and liaise between customers and product/engineering teams. - AI and knowledge management: maintain AI knowledge bases and repositories; use AI tools to automate routine tasks, investigate issues, draft professional client communications.

Qualifications: - 3-5 years of technical support engineering experience. - 3+ years hands-on experience with MySQL, regex, and SaaS web applications. - Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, specifically Claude, to optimize workflows. - Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; a master's degree is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred: - Experience in higher education, Student Financial Services, FinTech, or payments. - Familiarity with loggi
