Key Responsibilities: - Drive Critical Hiring Projects: serve as the embedded project manager connecting Operations and R&D leaders on the Fairport expansion; build and maintain visual management systems that provide real-time visibility to hiring demand, candidate pipeline, risks, milestones, and outcomes; lead weekly project reviews, identify bottlenecks, and drive countermeasures to ensure key positions are filled on schedule; coordinate stakeholders across functions to improve decision-making speed and hiring effectiveness; use data and metrics to prioritize work, solve problems, and improve hiring outcomes. - Support Fairport Site Expansion: serve as an extended member of the site expansion team as Qualitrol grows its Fairport footprint; coordinate project activities, action plans, stakeholder communications,
