Join GSM Outdoors as a Project Manager to drive the development and execution of new products from concept through production. This on-site role in Irving, Texas, United States involves partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Sourcing, Operations, and international manufacturing partners to keep projects on schedule and to ensure successful product launches. Responsibilities include leading multiple product development projects, developing timelines and milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring follow-up on deliverables. You will collaborate across Design, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, and you will coordinate with overseas suppliers to align production schedules and readiness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ year of project coordination or management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
