Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction Material Testing (CMT) team in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role you will work closely with Project Managers and engineering staff to train field staff, mentor junior personnel, develop client relationships, coordinate personnel and equipment, conduct critical observations and material testing, and prepare CMT proposals and final inspection reports. Regular field work is expected. Qualifications include 2–5 years of CMT experience; NICET, ICC, or ACI certifications are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good verbal and written communication are required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus but not required. A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is also preferred.
