Responsibilities include assisting the Program Manager/Director in extending the owner's capabilities in project organization, planning, programming, administration, and design/construction management of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities. The position covers the full range of project activities from initiation and feasibility through planning, design, construction, startup, acceptance and turnover, and closeout, using established project management tools and processes to meet objectives for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will observe construction to verify the contractor maintains the schedule and quality control efforts, manage and schedule project meetings, and produce minutes and action items to track progress.
