Compa Industries is seeking a Contract Project Manager II – IT Project Delivery to support technology project delivery at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Location is hybrid, with at least two days per week in Los Alamos, NM. The role leads ERP modernization projects within a matrixed program environment, coordinating across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, business owners, and technical teams to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery while supporting LANL's national security mission. Responsibilities include managing low to moderate complexity projects through the full project lifecycle, initiating and planning projects, developing charters and PMPs, maintaining schedules, tracking scope, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, and preparing status reports. The role requires strong communication, organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills, and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira. Minimum qualifications include at least 10 years of professional project management experience, experience delivering IT projects, and ability to work onsite approximately two days per week in Santa Fe and Los Alamos. DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain one is a plus. Preferred experience includes ERP modernization, cross-functional leadership, and experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
