As a Project Manager Assistant, you will manage scope, schedule, and budget for client transportation projects, including roadway design, traffic signals, transportation planning, and environmental work. You will oversee the preparation of engineering reports, plans, and specifications for major and minor projects by consultants or clients; review and coordinate preliminary and final plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates; participate in contract bidding and administration; supervise and guide design projects through client processes, coordinating with city, state, and county officials as well as outside agencies; coordinate projects with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal staff; communicate with project teams, client representatives, review agencies, and other stakeholders; address complex issues by involving subject matter experts and client management; meet program goals and reporting metrics; attend training to stay current on requirements. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of transportation industry experience (preferably in Georgia); strong knowledge of standard office practices; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); ability to learn client-specific systems; excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and time-management
