The candidate will perform Windows OS administration, install and manage applications and third-party software, and work with Microsoft SQL Server tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, OData Source for SQL Server, SQL Server Client Tools, and SQL Server System CLR Types. Automation experience is required, with scripting in PowerShell to patch at scale. Experience with Ansible, BladeLogic, or other automation tools is preferred, and experience creating and deploying applications in OpenShift containers is a plus. Candidates with Python and AI-related skills (e.g., Agentic AI, CoPilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude MCP) are valued. Prior experience at Bank of America is preferred but not required. This is a hybrid role based in Matthews, North Carolina, United States.
