About the role
Paramus, New Jersey-based Senior Art Director role for Haymarket Media, Inc. within the PRI Creative team. This position is based in the Paramus, NJ office on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office per week depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead visual design across print, digital, branding, and event materials; ensure brand standards and production specifications are met.
- Provide strategic thinking, team leadership, project management, and pre-press production; collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, editorial, client services, program management, and marketing.
- Contribute to business development by creating mock-ups and visual materials for pitches, presentations, and proposals; present work to clients and incorporate feedback while preserving creative integrity.
- Guide the creative process from concept to final delivery; coordinate with internal teams and external production partners to ensure high-quality output.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, pitches, or live press checks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 15+ years of experience in publishing, advertising, media, or agency environments; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
- Strong portfolio across digital, print, branding, event materials, and marketing deliverables.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of printing processes, color management, and pre-press.
- Experience with Workfront is a plus; willingness to learn and use the platform.
