We are seeking a Director, Chief Solutions Architect (Health) to support our business development and capture teams by crafting technical and business solutions for Health and Human Services opportunities. This role combines hands-on solutioning with proposal writing and requires staying current with digital trends. The ideal candidate will define problem statements, gather program challenges, and develop compelling solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of innovative and compliant solutions based on customer RFP requirements for mid- to large-size Health and Human Services programs.
Leverage deep Health and Human Services domain experience to identify needs, outcomes, and benefits, and to craft solutions, including new operating models, services, features, and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, HCD, engineering, data science, and solution strategy) to deliver comprehensive agile solutions for enterprise systems and services.
As the technical volume/solution contributor, own the systems design for program features and develop technical narratives for market surveys, RFIs, RFPs (SOO, etc.), and white papers to position our solution as a winning value proposition.
