Convergint is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Project Manager to join our culture. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, directing, application engineering, budgeting, and procurement, as well as managing field installation, start-up, and close-out of assigned projects. You will ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule, maintain positive cash flow, and serve as the primary interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance.

What You’ll Do - Manage many aspects of assigned projects (typically up to $1M) from award through completion, including site management, installation planning, and implementation of procedures; coordinate with subcontractors and installation labor. - Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans; review costs; engage in contract negotiation; provide technical assistance to sales as required; supervise project design engineering; oversee installation labor and subcontractors; prepare project schedules, subcontracts, change proposals, and invoices; assist with collections. - Communicate project requirements to the project team and wider organization; maintain accurate records of job status, changes, material flow, and other control records. - Act as our customer’s best service provider at all times, ensuring Convergint is the customer’s first choice for service. - Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and de
