About the role

The Hertz Corporation is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager in San Diego, California (on-site) to lead the retail sales team and drive the store's sales and finance processes as part of omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do: - Lead and manage the sales team, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management. - Drive CRM metrics: activities per lead, appointment setting, appointments shown, and close rate. - Support digital retailing initiatives (Rent2Buy, Upstream, Amazon, and other partners). - Ensure completion of finance deal packages and collaborate with sales consultants on finance processing and metrics. - Support the Finance and Insurance process and performance. - Manage store operations: maintain high customer service (NPS), train staff, oversee inventory and reconditioning, and omni-channel sales.
