Distribution Team Lead 2nd Shift On-site in Whitestown Indiana United States. This is a full-time hourly position at GNC. As the Distribution Team Lead you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations within a designated area to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining productive morale. You will assist the Department Supervisor by managing work assignments and adjusting staffing to optimize operational flow and labor hours. You will monitor workers productivity, assess performance, provide feedback to improve results, run productivity reports, and ensure accurate and damage-free handling of materials while organizing products for maximum efficiency. You will report status updates to the supervisor, troubleshoot system or process issues, and help implement corrective actions. You will maintain a safe and healthy work environment and verify that equipment is functional and available, communicating shortages or damages to management. Requirements include standing, walking and other physical activity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, potential exposure to variable conditions and noise levels, and, in some cases, operating Powered Industrial Trucks and working at heights up to 32 feet.
