Northwell Health is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze, verify, track, and report on department databases and software. The analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders' analytical needs and technical data storage systems, collaborating to document reporting requirements and to develop analytic reports and dashboards using various databases and third-party data files.
Key responsibilities include: - Analyze, verify, track and report on department databases and software - Identify strategies for evaluating KPIs, quality metrics, outcomes, and population studies - Develop technical and functional specifications based on business requirements and analysis of workflows - Identify data quality issues that could impact reporting - Determine data visualization methods to effectively communicate project outcomes to management - Maintain trends and monitor measures to maximize the capabilities of databases and data files - Integrate add-on programs to streamline back-end processes - Act as liaison between departments' analytical needs and data storage systems - Perform related duties as required
