In this role you will deliver white-glove service to remote and in-office employees, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. You will partner with Infrastructure, Security, and other IT teams to improve the employee technology experience. Responsibilities include endpoint management across the full lifecycle—procurement, deployment, configuration, inventory, repairs, decommissioning, and secure asset disposal; administering Jamf or Kandji for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows; monitoring endpoint health, patching, encryption, and security; validating updates and configurations before organization-wide rollout; maintaining asset inventory with Oomnitza or similar tools. Employee lifecycle support involves onboarding and offboarding, provisioning devices, configuring equipment for remote and in-office staff, and continuously improving processes through automation and documentation.
