This on-site role based in Lubbock, Texas, offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers and site leadership to keep projects on track, manage project control systems, and communicate with clients and trade contractors. Responsibilities include assisting with CPM schedule creation and updates, Last Planner scheduling, RFIs and submittals, meeting minutes, site communications, project analysis, estimating take-offs, procurement support, and participation in monthly project reviews. You will help promote a strong safety culture and contribute to a dynamic, growing company that values training and career development. Travel up to 25% to customer/project sites with the Lubbock regional office as home base. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and education.
