Key responsibilities include: Technical Accounting and Research: research, document, and implement accounting treatment for complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP; assist in preparing accounting memos on revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation/ESOP-related accounting, and business combinations, goodwill, and intangibles; partner with external auditors on technical matters and support audit requests.
