Assistant Community Manager at The Palmer Las Colinas supports the Community Manager in their absence, attends meetings on their behalf, and completes assigned special projects. The role oversees all leasing activities—including tours, traffic entry, prospect follow-ups, application processing, and maintaining required conversion ratios—and delivers responsive service to residents and prospects by addressing walk-ins, phone calls, internet inquiries, and resident concerns within 24 hours. The position conducts daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness, prepares units for showings and move-ins, and coordinates turnkey and maintenance needs. It also oversees move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling, file preparation, unit inspections, and minimizing rent loss. The role handles rent collection and delinquency management, including deposits, late/demand letters, returned checks, and dispossessory actions. Administrative duties include processing invoices, payables, resident billing, maintaining logs, and verifying vendor statements. The Assistant Community Manager supports overall operations by monitoring competitors, reviewing financials, participating in grounds walks, maintaining key control, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include multi-family property management experience and a valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
