We are seeking a full-time Community Manager based at our Chicago Union Station location in Chicago, Illinois. The Community Manager reports to the Senior Community Manager and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver a best-in-class member experience. This role serves not only as a front-desk presence but as a catalyst for member success, managing day-to-day community operations, supporting the sales team with member relations, and coordinating events and networking to strengthen Workbox’s brand in the community. Key responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service for members and guests; onboarding new members with space setup, tours, badge distribution, and community rules; managing conference room bookings and space upkeep; handling member inquiries with empathy; monitoring and controlling community expenses within budget; developing and executing engaging events to foster connections among members; creating opportunities for member introductions and collaborations; ensuring facilities standards are met and coordinating with vendors, property managers, and landlords; maintaining a well-kept environment and readiness for safety procedures; and contributing to a culture of belonging through celebrating member wins and leveraging Workbox resources to support member success.
