This on-site, Denver-based role balances classroom instruction with leading a team of teachers to deliver joyful, rigorous, and personalized instruction that leads to high academic achievement. The Senior Team Lead acts as a content-area expert, facilitates collaborative time, provides one-on-one observation and coaching, and oversees LEAP growth and performance evaluations for each teacher on the team. The position contributes to the year-long professional development plan and delivers whole-staff professional learning as needed, aligned with school-wide instructional priorities. It collaborates with school leaders and team specialists to align supports with the advancement of school priorities.
