About the role

What you’ll do: - Define the internal GTM AI roadmap and the prioritization framework for building AI applications and tooling across the enablement lifecycle (certification, onboarding, content, coaching, ramp). - Build and standardize Brex’s GTM AI tooling stack. Write, review, and ship code yourself; you are a capable coder with a strong product sense who develops AI tooling for GTM reps rather than handing off specs. - Make the build-vs-buy call by evaluating whether enablement capabilities should be sourced from third-party vendors or built in-house on Brex’s AI stack, with a clear framework for when to own a solution. - Deeply understand the sales domain to identify where AI yields real leverage in enablement and where it does not. - Serve as a liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
