Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM AI Engineer – Revenue Enablement, based in Salt Lake City, United States, with a hybrid work model. What you’ll do: - Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap and define the prioritization framework for AI applications across the enablement lifecycle (certification, onboarding, content, coaching, ramp). Decide what to build next, what to sunset, and why. - Build and standardize GTM’s AI tooling stack. Write, review, and ship code yourself; you are a capable coder with strong product sense who develops AI tooling for GTM reps. - Make build-vs-buy decisions: evaluate when to leverage third-party enablement tools versus building in-house on Brex’s AI stack. - Go deep on the sales domain: understand pipeline stages, CRM workflows, quota mechanics, and what “good” looks like on a call—well enough to know where AI creates real leverage in enablement versus where it’s a solution looking for a problem. - This role will be based in one of Brex’s hubs (San Francisco, New York Ci
