VOAMASS is seeking a Program Manager for the Hello House For Women residential program in Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time, on-site role leads day-to-day program operations for a trauma-informed treatment setting serving women with substance use disorders. You will manage a team of Recovery Support Specialists, supervise scheduling, and train staff on policies and procedures, while collaborating with the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor to manage intake, census, and level of care. The position emphasizes evidence-based, recovery-oriented practices to empower residents to develop life skills and healthy coping strategies within a supportive community. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining a professional program environment, overseeing administrative functions (revenue collection, cost tracking, program supplies, and food shopping), ensuring safety, maintaining accurate daily/monthly census, supporting staff training, and ensuring compliant clinical documentation and audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of substance use disorder treatment experience, plus two years of management experience in residential or behavioral health settings; ability to train across diverse modalities (including Harm Reduction, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Trauma-Informed Care); and proficiency with electronic health records and MS Word/Outlook.
