LINQ is a high-growth, cloud-based software company that helps K-12 districts streamline operations by unifying finance, HR, nutrition management, and payments into a single secure platform. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of LINQ’s core platform. The role spans payments, nutrition, and platform services, and you’ll work across our stack (Node.js, C#, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Angular) to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade software.

About the role

LINQ is a high-growth, cloud-based software company that helps K-12 districts streamline operations by unifying finance, HR, nutrition management, and payments into a single secure platform. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of LINQ’s core platform. The role spans payments, nutrition, and platform services, and you’ll work across our stack (Node.js, C#, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Angular) to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade software.

What you’ll do: - Provide technical leadership in architecture and development of enterprise-grade applications; promote engineering best practices. - Define and influence the technical roadmap for LINQ’s platform. - Mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders in a fully remote, agile environment. - Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure features for web and backend applications using Angular, Node, and .NET. - Own production operations for key components, including monitoring, incident response, and SLA adherence. - Explore and prototype new technologies to enhance the platform and team capabilities. - Evolve system architecture to meet future needs and maintain long-term maintainability. - Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuously improve team processes.

What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 10+ years of software development experience with strong emphasis on .NET
