Freshworks is seeking a Community Manager to own the Freshworks Community in San Mateo, on-site. You will be the primary owner of the community, responsible for moderation, content, member engagement, and programming that makes the community a trusted resource for product knowledge and peer connections. What you'll lead: - Community Growth: Define and execute the overall community strategy, governance, progress reporting, and growth initiatives. - Guidelines and Moderation: Manage community guidelines, moderation standards, and escalation protocols to ensure a positive user experience. - Health Metrics: Own and report on community health metrics (MAU, engagement rate, post volume, response time, member sentiment). - Member Engagement: Build and execute a programming calendar (AMAs, product spotlights, member spotlights, thought leadership engagements); recruit and nurture champions and power users; welcome new members and facilitate introductions. - Content & Thought Leadership: Curate and create content (announcements, knowledge base articles, product tips, thought leadership). Partner with Product and Support to surface community-sourced insights for product improvement; ensure the community remains a reliable source of Freshworks product knowledge and best practices. Qualifications: - 5+ years of community management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Strong ability to execute cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with Gainsight or comparable platforms (Khoros, Higher Logic, Vanilla). - Strong writing skills and a data-oriented minds
