Fivetran is hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our growing finance team. Based in Oakland, California, this full-time, hybrid role blends remote work with in-person collaboration, with two days in the office each week.

What You'll Do: - Execute monthly close activities in NetSuite (journal entries, reconciliations, analytics, reporting) in compliance with ASC 606. - Review contracts for revenue implications and ensure appropriate revenue inputs for ASC 606. - Track and assess non-standard revenue contracts for proper revenue recognition. - Draft and maintain technical accounting memos supporting revenue recognition judgments; ensure audit-ready documentation. - Prepare revenue-related system reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve timely. - Assist in design, data integration and testing of NetSuite ARM; participate in testing of revenue system enhancements. - Document processes and controls; support SOX and internal control walkthroughs and audits. - Identify process improvements and assist in automation to improve efficiency. - Participate in ad hoc projects such as external audit support.
