Position overview: The Interim Housing Program Manager will oversee on-site interim housing operations, supervise program staff, ensure contract compliance, safety, and quality of services, and coordinate across departments to keep participants at the center. The role requires leading 24/7 site operations, maintaining strong relationships with funders, community partners, and Coordinated Entry System (CES) stakeholders, and ensuring participants progress toward permanent housing when possible.

Key responsibilities: - Ensure program operations comply with funder requirements, Scope of Required Services (SRS), agency policies, and regulatory standards; monitor performance metrics and data integrity. - Maintain site safety, sanitation, security coordination, medication protocols, emergency preparedness, inspections, and public health compliance. - Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and coverage across all shifts. - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support participant outcomes and system alignment. - Represent the organization to volunteers, leadership, and stakeholders; facilitate events and cross-department collaboration. - Respond to incidents, document appropriately, escalate as ne
