RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a Denver, Colorado, United States apartment community. The successful candidate will lead the property team, manage leasing activity, maintain resident relations, and ensure high service standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, onboarding, performance reviews, budgeting, and monthly/annual financial reporting; driving occupancy and revenue through leasing strategies in collaboration with marketing; promptly addressing resident inquiries and issues; coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely service; enforcing eviction procedures when needed; and maintaining strong owner relationships through regular updates and property tours. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of multi-family property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Work is on-site in an office setting with some time outdoors as needed; schedule may include weekdays, nights, and weekends.
