Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for manufacturing, operations, administrative, and professional roles. - Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking, staffing agencies, and other sourcing methods. - Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with offers and negotiations. - Maintain recruiting metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required. - 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, and/or benefits administration. - Experience with insurance, third-party administration, or the K-12 market preferred. - Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, and employee relations preferred. - Excellent PC skills, including M
