Responsibilities include: designing end-to-end cloud solutions for complex requirements, evaluating trade-offs to ensure solutions are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, and performant; building and maintaining relationships with customer senior leaders, understanding their objectives, and translating them into technical requirements to influence strategic direction and long-term outcomes; clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, and creating technical content that is easily adopted and reusable; leading technical discussions across application architecture, system design, and implementation considerations, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities; gathering customer feedback and translating it into clear product and engineering requirements to contribute to reference designs and reusable artifacts.
