Site Program Manager (Level I) is the on-site leader of Think Together’s educational program conducted at a partner school. The SPM oversees all aspects of the state-wide after-school program to ensure educational and recreational requirements are met, safety is maintained, and operations comply with program policies and funding guidelines. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, supervising staff and volunteers, delivering a comprehensive curriculum and activities, ensuring student safety, coordinating with school administration, parents, and donors, maintaining ADA targets and enrollment records, and managing site budgets and timecards. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and project management skills, the ability to work before/after school and on non-instructional days and weekends as needed, and compliance with background checks and certifications.
