We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to help build and scale our finance function as we grow. This role is hands-on and strategic, with ownership across the full spectrum of finance, including FP&A, capital markets, and investor relations.

What You'll Do - Financial Planning and Analysis: Own and evolve the core financial model across planning cycles, scenario analysis, and board materials; build scalable FP&A processes from scratch, including budgets, variance reporting, and forecast cadences; partner with engineering, hardware, operations, and sales leadership to bring financial rigor to strategic decisions; continuously improve processes and systems to enhance scalability, forecast precision, and data visibility; conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions. - Capital Markets and Investor Relations: Support fundraising activities, cap table analysis, data room management, and investor diligence; maintain cap table models and dilution scenarios with outside counsel; support investor relations including responding to LP information requests and preparing board materials. - Commercial Finance and Revenue Infrastructure: Build the financial infrastructure for Rhoda's first commercial deployments, including contract economics, revenue recognition frameworks, unit economics reporting, and gross margin analysis; oversee vendor procurement processe
