Tooling Engineering Manager 2 – Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a site Tooling Engineering Manager 2 to join our Tooling organization on site in Iuka, Mississippi. This leader provides the people, processes, and technology to support tool engineering on multiple programs on site in Iuka, MS. The Manager will lead a team of tool engineers to ensure processes and procedures are maintained in compliance, while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets to ensure program performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, oversee, and guide the team to meet objectives related to technical, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction requirements. - Interface with internal and external customers; provide status and forecast of tooling cost and delivery. - Identify staffing, skill requirements, forecasts, and training plans. - Develop, maintain, and update departmental procedures related to the tooling life cycle, from proposal to implementation. - Perform Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities to ensure EVMS compliance for program budgets. - Develop long-range plans and strategies to provide operationally efficient and affordable tooling products and services. - Collaborate with Aeronautics Systems Sector Tooling Management to develop consistent processes and procedures and drive best practices across the sector. - Establish and utilize metrics to ensure the team’s performance meets requirements and expectations. - Ensure all tooling deliverables meet sector, site, and homeroom process and procedure requirements including
