DNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will have direct contact with both customers and vendors and ensure the highest level of service as a DNOW representative. The role involves coordinating with vendors and customers, providing technical expertise and logistical support, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Responsibilities include: servicing drilling and/or production accounts; supporting the sales team with administrative tasks; interacting with customers and vendors to complete sales orders; managing the entire order process from order creation through delivery paperwork, and maintaining organized records; accurately creating work orders and processing invoices; providing technical sales support and product consulting to customers; directly supporting business development efforts to cultivate and grow the customer base; supporting efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction; other duties, as assigned.
