The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Sales roles, sourcing candidates through online portals, recruitment sites, social platforms, and other channels. Responsibilities include liaising with internal departments to determine hiring needs, defining job requirements and candidate profiles, managing the applicant tracking system, screening applications, conducting interviews, and developing hiring strategies aligned with industry trends. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and experience with ATS tools such as Oracle Taleo or iCIMS. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Previous experience in forex or finance trading is an added advantage.
