$82,500–$110,000 per year The Pine Hill Mill, a fully integrated pulp and paper facility, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve the reliability of our manufacturing operations. This role blends equipment reliability engineering with process engineering to minimize production interruptions and extend asset life. The engineer will work collaboratively with maintenance technicians, operators, and suppliers to develop and execute strategies that maximize uptime and safety. Develop and own the Equipment Reliability Strategy and maintenance programs
Lead Criticalities Assessment and cradle-to-grave asset management
Develop and manage Predictive and Preventive Maintenance routes
Ensure policy adherence and coordinate with core teams
Champion Asset Class Management and support Capital and Repair Projects
Support RCFA processes, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate priorities with operations and participate in outages
Contribute to five-year facility plans and capital planning
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or 10+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
3+ years in a manufacturing facility
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP PM
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
