Mercy Culture Church is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visual content for Mercy Culture Church and its Housed Visions. This full-time, on-site position supports weekend services, campaigns, events, social media, print materials, apparel, and other creative projects. Responsibilities include designing print and digital materials for a wide range of brands and campaigns, developing design solutions under the direction of the Art Director and creative leadership, maintaining typography, composition, accuracy, and brand consistency, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the Project Manager, Art Director, and other team members, proactively communicating project status, preparing final files for print and digital use, receiving feedback professionally, and bringing fresh ideas to strengthen the team's creative work. Requirements: Two years of professional graphic design experience; a portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); foundational understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout; ability to follow creative direction and adhere to brand standards; strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management; ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment; willingness to receive feedback, learn, and grow as a designer.
