This hands-on creative production role involves conceiving, producing, and publishing short-form video and design assets, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence, and driving engagement across platforms. In addition to content production, the role provides public relations support and coordinates our presence at industry conferences and partner events.
ReminderMedia is seeking a Hybrid Social Media & Communications Manager to own how the company appears across social channels. This hands-on creative production role involves conceiving, producing, and publishing short-form video and design assets, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence, and driving engagement across platforms. In addition to content production, the role provides public relations support and coordinates our presence at industry conferences and partner events.
Responsibilities include conceptualizing, scripting, producing, and publishing original short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other channels; appearing on camera and directing others in on-camera content; creating supporting static and design assets; maintaining a content calendar; applying ReminderMedia’s brand voice and guidelines; using approved AI tools for image, video, and design in line with the AI Use Policy; and tracking performance with regular reporting.
Public Relations Support: Draft press releases and product announcements; build and maintain media lists; pitch outlets and industry publications; support paid and organic promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Client Content, UGC, and Compliance: Source and obtain permissions for user-generated content and client testimonials; ensure compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides, SEC Marketing Rule requirements for investment-adviser clients, and state advertising regulations for real estate and insurance; route regulated testimonials to Legal/Compliance before publication; respond to comments and messages
