The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

What You'll Do: - Lead ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from award through final completion - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting - Oversee project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration - Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness and constructability - Manage requests for information, submittals, change orders, and project documentation - Coordinate field operations with Superintendents to ensure effective project execution - Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings - Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget - Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations - Coordinate project turnover and closeout documentation
