Path Forward IT is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer II to serve as the front line of client IT support, working 100% onsite at assigned customer locations in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving network, server, and endpoint issues (virtual or physical), handling escalations from the Level I team, documenting work in IT Glue, and remotely accessing systems to push scripts or run actions as needed. You will manage and resolve Microsoft 365, Azure AD, DHCP/DNS, and Active Directory issues, coordinate with vendors to restore service during outages, and maintain tickets to meet service level agreements. The role requires independent work while following internal procedures and escalation paths, with strong communication for both in-person and remote support.
