Responsibilities - RMA process management; conduct internal audits and follow-up corrective actions. - Support AS9102 First Article requirements and documentation. - Manage outside lab submissions. - Support final QC for production and/or rework; support final QC on RMA products. - Participate in Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) investigations and processes. - Maintain and administer document control functions.

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Printed Circuit Board or similar manufacturing environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. - Excellent multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills. - Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Demonstrated ability to be a team player. - Physical requirements: Sitting at a desk for extended periods, walking on uneven surfaces, bending at head/neck and waist.
