We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with manufacturing and operations, using data, analytics, and business insight to uncover opportunities, optimize performance, and help shape the future of our business. This hybrid role offers a portion of time in our Archbold, Ohio office.

Summary The Senior Financial Analyst assists in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of assigned functions. This role performs financial and operational analyses of budget versus actual results to identify root causes and recommend actions to improve financial performance. As a steward of the company’s financial resources, this role supports ad hoc analyses of business projects and investments to determine financial returns and impacts across operational segments. Additionally, this role collaborates with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and strategic outcomes.
