Big-D Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join the Des Moines Temple project in Iowa. This role leads project teams and oversees all aspects of a ground-up construction project, including management of prime contracts and subcontract agreements, risk management, schedule control, and safety oversight. Responsibilities include interpreting contracts, coordinating with the Project Director, and providing detailed guidance on design and construction documents. The Project Manager will build strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, develop contingency plans, monitor CPM schedules, and ensure budget, quality, and timely communication. Experience with design-build, CMGC, and hard-bid delivery methods is preferred, along with a solid background in ground-up commercial construction and a willingness to travel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field; 7+ years of experience on large ground-up commercial projects; religious building ground-up experience is preferred; must be open to a traveling role.
